I stumbled across this blog article. The title, The Vegetable Butcher, intrigued me. It’s a tour through a vegetable market with the blogger and Rene Redzepi of Noma fame. While neither of them are vegetarians, the article is a breezy, non-patronising look at the importance of vegetables and gives inspiration for cooking. And Rene is right – there’s no need for vegetarian meals to mimic the meat and two veg format – a few mix and match dishes for sharing works much better.
